We will refund your purchase in full if you are not satisfied and you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your purchase date.
This refund policy only applies if you cancel within 30 days of your initial order date. Any subscriptions canceled later than 30 days after the initial order date are not eligible for a full refund.
If you purchased a yearly plan and cancel before the end of the year, you'll receive a pro-rated refund as follows: the cost of your yearly subscription minus $49 per adventure shipped to you. For example, if you paid $179 for your yearly subscription but canceled after 2 games have been shipped to you, you will receive a refund of $81 ($179 - $49 - $49 = $81).
